The McQueen Shawl is knit using one Six Pack Perfection Gradient Set and a skein of Scrumptious HT. It is shown here knit in the Koi Pond Perfection Set with Fieldstone in Scrumptious HT.

Sometimes, inspiration can come from the strangest of places.  In this instance, it came from the striking fabric print of an Alexander McQueen swimsuit that I glimpsed online.  I fell in love with the muted jewel tones and asked Marianated Yarns if we could create a new gradient set.   The resulting shawl is a celebration of rich, vibrant colors in simple chevron lace.
