Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • In stock - will be shipped in 2 - 3 business days
  • Marianated pre-order - please allow 15-18 business days for dyeing before shipping
Domestic US Shipping:
  • $5.75 for orders up to $99.99
  • FREE for orders $100+
  • All orders include tracking and you will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.
Canadian Shipping
  • $20
  • Please note, orders to Canada will be shipped via USPS International which is slow - 7-20 business days. I choose this method of shipping because my shipments to Canada via UPS were getting heavily taxed.

International Shipping
International Shipping is automatically $30. Once your order is placed, if the shipping is less, I will refund you the difference.
Or you can email me with your order and I'll figure out shipping to your destination. 
Please note - if you are in a country that has VAT taxes, I do not collect VAT. You will be responsible for any additional taxes that may be added on by customs in your country.

My package says it was delivered but it's not here :-(
Check with your post office. Packages are supposed to be scanned when they are delivered and a GSP location is stored with the drop off. There is a good chance that the post office knows where your package was delivered too.

I'd like to return my yarn, now what?
Please contact me for returns. In general, yarn that is Dyed When Ordered is not returnable.
Yarn that is inventory is returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in sellable condition.
Yarn that has been wound is not returnable.
